My Trip to Teapot Valley

On Wednesday I went to Teapot Valley. It was fun, but only at sometimes it was good not great. We went to Rabbit Island. We all saw an Orca whale (which is a different word for killer whale). Then we went to Teapot Valley to unpack and arrive there so we could have a camp. Daniel, Tacy and I got there first. I slept in cabin 5 with my friends - Callum, Milan, Nash, Noah, Raki, Jacob and Louis. We played lots of sports which was fun because my favourite activity is sports. We did activities in our group, they were flying fox,confidence course, archery, climbing wall and mini jeep. I'd give the camp an 8 out of 10.

The First Time At The Stock Cars

On Saturday my brother Ewan and I went to Donna's house for a sleepover. First we went to see my mum play the taiko drum. My mum was awesome at it. I thought she was brilliant. Next we went to Donna's house and made tea because we were going to the Nelson speedway. It was so fun I would have gave it a ten out of ten. Too bad it rained, because we missed lots of things which was a shame and then we went back to Donna's house and went to bed. Then I woke up next morning and got changed then went down stairs, and we got a lift home from Joan.

The Preying Mantis club.

A few days ago me, Noah, Elia and Ewan (my brother), made a preying-mantis club. We had quite a lot of preying-mantis. One of Ewan's preying mantis escaped and two died. Now Ewan has no preying-mantis but I feed my one so it can live. I feed my one on flick-a-bugs, they look like small moths.

My first "Weet-Bix" Try-athlon.

Sorry I haven't posted for a long time, but I've done my very first try-athlon. It took a long time till we started but I didn't care. It finally was the eight year old boys which was me and others. The eight year old boys went up to the staring line. We stared swimming in the ocean. There were huge waves at the beach so it was hard to swim or even get through the water but I made it through the water. Next was biking which was easy but it was sort of hard because my shoe wasn't on properly. Running was so easy because I'm the fastest runner in year four. I sped up at the end like I always do and I think I came first but I'm not sure.

The day I went to a swimming pool

Yesterday I went to my mums friends house swimming pool. It was fun inside the pool. My brother came too. More people came Samuel came. He is one of my brothers friends.

The Day I Went To Rabbit Island

Today I went to Rabbit Island. I went swimming there with my dad and brother Ewan. We made this small spa thing. When we finished it we sat in it. It was warm. Then we went to the sand. The sand was cool. We went home.

The Inter-schools Sprints

One day I got into the Inter-schools. The event I was in was sprints. I was only in one event. Next time I gonna get into two events, well I will try to. All the events went past and sprints came last. I stepped up to the starting line. I was ready. I started running. I came third in the race which means I got in to the sprint finals. My name was called out. I went to the cone. Then it was my turn. I warmed up then again I started running. I came seventh or sixth.
We are on our Summer holidays now, and when I go back to school I will be year 4.
